Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps you heal by connecting with the parts of yourself behind protective patterns and emotional wounds. Compassionately holding space for these parts fosters inner harmony and growth for those with anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Emotion-Focused Therapy
Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFIT) is based on attachment science. It aims to strengthen your sense of self by improving emotional regulation and communication skills. EFIT is helpful for addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, and how these affect relationships.

Somatic Therapy
Our experiences have an impact on our body and nervous system. Somatic therapy works with body sensations and teaches you how to identify, process, and release stored tension. Somatic practices help to regulate emotional responses, contributing to more balance and resilience.
